No awkward standing around. Every pose, angle and expression is guided from the first frame to the last.
Adesanmi, Desanmi to clients and friends, is a Lagos portrait and wedding photographer and the mastermind behind Desanmi Photography and The Desanmi Weddings.

He built Desanmi Photography around one idea: people deserve to see themselves at their best. Every session is directed. The painted backdrop, the light and every pose are chosen around the person in front of the camera, then each frame is finished by hand.
That eye carries into weddings. Under The Desanmi Weddings he follows couples from quiet pre-wedding portraits, through traditional engagements and white weddings, to the last song of the after-party.
He knows the other side of the lens too. Desanmi models from time to time, most recently for @tobby_vogue’s drape pants collection, which is why he directs with so much patience. He knows exactly how it feels to stand in front of a camera.

“True beauty isn’t created by the camera. It’s revealed through light, emotion and the confidence of the person standing in front of it.”
